Claims Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate claims to ensure accurate and fair documentation
  • Determine coverage, liability, and reserves
  • Negotiate settlements with customers, attorneys, and other insurance carriers
  • Prepare and maintain detailed claim files
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless claim resolution
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Some customer service experience preferred
