Job Summary

We are seeking a Claim Technical Assistant to provide administrative and technical support to our Claim functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing loss and expense payments, requesting police reports and other investigative material, and providing administrative support to Claim Professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process loss and expense payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Request police reports and other investigative material as needed
  • Provide administrative support to Claim Professionals, including printing, filing, and copying documents
  • Answer routine questions related to area of responsibility
  • Keep supervisor informed of activities and problems within assigned area of responsibility
Requirements
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interest in advancement within the Claim Department
  • Sound MS Office skills and ability to work in an organized manner
  • Good time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Some office or customer service work experience preferred
What We Offer
