  • Perform Restoration Services: Conduct drying, demolition, and other restoration activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory and Load Equipment: Maintain a well-stocked work vehicle with necessary equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Environment: Ensure a clean and organized vehicle, equipment, and job sites.
  • Prepare Job Sites: Prepare rooms and areas for work activities, leaving a clean and orderly appearance.
  • Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with project managers and other technicians to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
Requirements
  • IICRC Certification: Possess current certification in water and fire restoration.
  • Experience in Cleaning and Restoration: Proven experience in cleaning and restoration services, preferably in commercial properties.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Endurance: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods and repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Chemical Handling: Ability to work with and around cleaning products and chemicals.
  • Travel: Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
