Restoration Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team at Restoration Pros. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in responding to customer needs for water and fire restoration services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform restoration and drying processes according to work orders and project manager instructions
  • Inventory and load equipment, products, and supplies for each project
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment
  • Prepare rooms and areas for work activities
  • Leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearance
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and other technicians
Qualifications:
  • IICRC certification
  • Experience in cleaning and restoration
  • Experience serving commercial properties
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
  • Ability to work with and around cleaning products and chemicals
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
