Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
  • Administer network and database systems
  • Manage device configurations and troubleshoot technical issues

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a desktop support role

  • Experience with ticketing software and remote desktop tools
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and SCCM

Preferred Skills:
