About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team at Brook & Whittle Ltd. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support to our organization, both in-person and remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users across multiple locations, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential problem areas and develop solutions to improve IT services.
  • Work closely with other IT team members to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring seamless support delivery.
  • Document solutions to IT problems for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Escalate complex issues to other teams within IT as necessary.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-time experience providing IT support, with a preference for experience supporting multi-site organizations.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting both Windows clients and hardware support (laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, etc.).
  • Microsoft Active Directory User management and imaging and disk duplication technology skills.
  • Desire to continually learn new technologies and improve skill set.
What We Offer
