Service Desk Analyst

Delphi-US is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the IT Service Desk's ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of technical issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service level agreements and KPI metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operation of the company's computing environment.
  • Provide technical support and training to IT Service Desk staff on best practices and technology management.
  • Supervise the building and updating of IT device images and related software updates.
  • Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user equipment and related hardware and software.
  • Prepare tests and applications for monitoring service desk and equipment performance.
  • Maintain and track inventory of all equipment.
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Customer Service/Customer Relations.
  • Experience with Information Technology/Business Intelligence.
  • Experience with Help Desk Customer Service/Ticketing.
