**Key Responsibilities**

  • Understand and execute all menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure all concession areas have proper displays and merchandise to create an engaging atmosphere.
  • Execute all security, safety, and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and secure environment.
  • Provide operational planning to ensure adequate teaming levels and product ordering for each concession event.
  • Follow and execute preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Hold team members accountable to steps of service to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Ensure team members consistently deliver Heartfelt Hospitality to every guest, every time.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, and Levy team members.
  • Regularly obtain feedback from clients and guests to improve operations.
  • Support and communicate Company initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Respond and assist in any departmental guest service issues.
  • Act as a liaison with team members, including partners, operational teams, and other areas as needed to ensure efficient operational performance.
  • Execute all menus, promotions, and programs as outlined by the Director of Operations/Department Head in accordance with Levy standards.

**Requirements**

  • Able to communicate effectively with management team, guests, and team members by speaking and comprehending English.
  • English reading, writing, math, and computer skills required.
  • Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverage products.
  • Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts.
  • Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts, and strains.
  • Must be able to reach, lift, stoop, bend, and perform extensive standing and walking (including stairs) throughout shift.
  • Ability to use hands in using office equipment, including the computer system.
  • Ability to talk and hear to conduct phone correspondence.
  • Close vision and focus capabilities to view computer screen and company documents.
