**Job Summary**
The Stadium Business is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager of Concessions Levy to lead our concession operations at TQL Stadium. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and displaying Levy standard steps of service and showcasing quality in regards to concessions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand and execute all menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure all concession areas have proper displays and merchandise to create an engaging atmosphere.
- Execute all security, safety, and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and secure environment.
- Provide operational planning to ensure adequate teaming levels and product ordering for each concession event.
- Follow and execute preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Hold team members accountable to steps of service to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Ensure team members consistently deliver Heartfelt Hospitality to every guest, every time.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, and Levy team members.
- Regularly obtain feedback from clients and guests to improve operations.
- Support and communicate Company initiatives to drive business growth.
- Respond and assist in any departmental guest service issues.
- Act as a liaison with team members, including partners, operational teams, and other areas as needed to ensure efficient operational performance.
- Execute all menus, promotions, and programs as outlined by the Director of Operations/Department Head in accordance with Levy standards.
**Requirements**
- Able to communicate effectively with management team, guests, and team members by speaking and comprehending English.
- English reading, writing, math, and computer skills required.
- Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverage products.
- Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts.
- Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts, and strains.
- Must be able to reach, lift, stoop, bend, and perform extensive standing and walking (including stairs) throughout shift.
- Ability to use hands in using office equipment, including the computer system.
- Ability to talk and hear to conduct phone correspondence.
- Close vision and focus capabilities to view computer screen and company documents.
