\tManages and provides leadership to the Quality Control team, including Supervisors and staff.
\tCoaches, mentors, and provides guidance to Supervisors in areas of staffing, career development, performance evaluations, problem solving, training, etc.
\tHolds one-on-one meetings, Department meetings, and huddles on a regular basis to develop skills and expertise while improving overall engagement level of the team.
\tImplements activities to keep the team engaged, share information, solicit input, and provide exceptional service to internal members.
\tAccountable for performance of the team to achieve established goals and a high level of service.
\tHolds team accountable for results and meets deadlines.
\tDevelops and maintains Quality Control objectives, policies, and procedures.
\tRegularly reviews the department's systems, procedures, and policies.
\tLeads the teams in identifying and implementing changes for improved efficiency and overall quality of the department's operations.
\tDevelops and maintains an understanding of compliance and regulatory expectations for Quality Control.
\tAnalyzes processes and workflows to enhance efficiencies, timeliness, and appropriate segregation of duties.
\tDesigns solutions and implements changes to increase the efficiency and workflows.
\tMakes recommendations regarding the automation of servicing procedures using available technologies and system applications or 3rd party vendors.
\tInteracts with auditors, compliance, and examiners to assist as necessary.
\tFollows-up and corrects items as addressed to ensure the necessary changes or recommendations have been implemented as directed.
\tPerform other related duties as assigned.

\tHigh School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
\t3-5 years of management experience.
\t2-4 years of experience with depositor and/or lending products.
\tKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
\tProficient Excel skills required.
\tExercise judgements and critical thinking.
\tAbility to communicate and conduct meetings with other leaders related to findings.
\tAbility to manage concurrent assignments in an effective, efficient, and organized manner.
\tExcellent oral and written communications skills and strong interpersonal/member servicing skills.
\tStrong analytical, problem solving and proven decision-making skills.
\tAbility to meet the needs of the ever-changing regulations and needs of the Credit Union.
