Role Summary
Join the C2BMC team to leverage your project management expertise as we advance the entire enterprise, addressing one of our Missile Defense Agency (MDA) client's most vital missile defense mission requirements. C2BMC operates under an IDIQ framework, encompassing multiple task orders responsible for the design, development, deployment, integration, testing, operations, and maintenance of a software-driven Command/Control and Battle Management system.

Impact of the System
This system equips U.S. Commanders worldwide with critical situational awareness and serves as the central integrating element for the MDA's missile defense initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with warfighters, acquisition personnel, and contractors to establish consensus on the needs, objectives, and success criteria for the various mission sets addressed by the C2BMC Enterprise. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging with warfighters and acquisition teams to refine mission requirements, identify emerging threats, and assess capability gaps.
  • Collaborating with the C2BMC National Team, SETAs, FFRDCs, and UARCs to explore relevant technologies and innovative solutions.
  • Documenting operational concepts to ensure alignment between system development, training, and testing with mission expectations.
  • Identifying key capability gaps that necessitate unique solutions to drive business growth.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
  • A Top Secret clearance prior to commencement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience or familiarity with software development and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills
Desirable attributes include:
  • Proficiency in technical planning, system integration, and effectiveness analyses for comprehensive systems.
  • Ability to analyze data across all phases of system development, from concept to disposal.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in a team-oriented environment.
