We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a C2BMC Capability Owner. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and technical expertise to drive the success of our Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with warfighters, acquisition staff, and contractors to refine mission needs and develop capability statements.
- Work closely with the C2BMC National Team, SETAs, FFRDCs, and UARCs to understand applicable technologies and innovative approaches.
- Develop Operational Concept Descriptions to document how the C2BMC system will be utilized to accomplish the mission.
- Identify key capability gaps and quantify mission needs to drive business growth and IRAD portfolio planning.
- Top Secret clearance required prior to starting.
- Strong problem-solving, root cause, corrective action, and closure skills.
- Experience or familiarity with software development and/or Agile Methodologies.
- Ability to perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
- Ability to analyze data at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
- Ability to ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
- Ability to perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
- Excellent communication skills in a team environment (verbal, written, and presentation).
