About the Role

The Behavioral Support Specialist at Brockton Area Multi-Servi plays a critical role in supporting youth and families as they navigate challenging situations. This position requires a strong understanding of child development, mental health, and family dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support youth and families in achieving their goals.
  • Provide ongoing assessment and evaluation of youth and family progress, making adjustments to plans as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children and families with significant mental health and/or behavioral challenges.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license in state of residence and own means of transportation.
