Behavioral Health Specialist

This role offers flexibility in the number of billable hours/hours worked per week. You can choose to either work onsite or in a hybrid work model, with the option to work remotely as needed. Primary responsibilities include performing intakes, diagnostic evaluations, preparing and monitoring treatment planning while engaging in appropriate client therapy practices. Additional duties include forming effective therapeutic alliances, demonstrating advanced clinical knowledge, and timely documenting all client interactions.
To be successful, you'll need excellent communication skills, ability to present information, and interpret policy and procedure manuals. Experience in outpatient mental health, clinical documentation, diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) Systems is preferred. The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
