Job Title: Behavioral Health Care Specialist

Boston Medical Center is seeking a qualified Behavioral Health Care Specialist to provide exceptional care to patients with mental health conditions. As a Behavioral Health Care Specialist, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care that address patients' unique needs and goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
  • Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or ability to receive reciprocity license prior to start
  • Current basic life support (BLS) certification required
Compensation:

$70,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
