Ambulatory Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Care team in Internal Medicine. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in various Ambulatory Care settings.
- Assess patient needs and assist with medical issues related to health concerns.
- Manage prescription refill requests and secure patient messages.
- Adapt communication style to patients representing diverse personal, professional, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds.
- Utilize electronic protocol database to assess, educate, and document all health information in an accurate and expedient fashion.
- Collaborate with providers when necessary in providing advice or determining disposition for patient.
- Provide functional supervision to assistive personnel and collaborate with colleagues, other disciplines, and health care/community services to promote continuity of care.
- Current licensure to practice nursing in Michigan.
- Two (2) years recent (within the last three (3) years) Inpatient/Emergency or Ambulatory Care RN experience providing care to adult medicine patients.
- Recent (within the last three (3) years) of Ambulatory Care RN experience providing care to adult medicine patients.
- Competitive salary with excellent benefits.
- Hourly range for Registered Nurses $40.18-$62.31/ hour.
- Evening Shift Differential-$3.00 / hour.
- Night Shift Differential- $4.00 / hour.
- Day Shift Weekend Differential- $2.90 / hour.
- Evening Shift Weekend Differential- $5.90 / hour.
- Night Shift Weekend Differential- $6.90 / hour.
- Charge Nurse Differential- $1.00 / hour.
