Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Genomics Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. As a key member of our Department of Medicine - Clinical Genetics Service, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of advancing cancer research and treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, treat, and manage acute and chronic phases of illness in patients at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center.
  • Assess physical symptoms, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as needed.
  • Provide continued care throughout the patient's medical journey, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Educate and mentor Advanced Practice Provider I and additional clinical staff, including nursing, residents, fellows, and other healthcare interns and students.
Requirements
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.
  • Current New York State Nurse Practitioner certification.
  • Certification or eligibility for certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center or other national certifying body recognized by Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA).
  • Master's or higher-level degree in Nursing.
Benefits

This position includes a base salary and geographic differential. The total combined salary range for the Advanced Practice Provider I (Grade 28) is $117,760 - $142,688 annually, which includes a comprehensive benefits package. The total combined salary range for the Advanced Practice Provider II (Grade 30) is $129,494 - $156,236 annually, which also includes a comprehensive benefits package.
