Position Overview:

The Clinical Care Provider will play a vital role in the healthcare team, focusing on the assessment and management of patients presenting with urgent medical conditions. This position involves performing essential clinical tasks, including minor medical procedures and the collection of laboratory specimens.

Department:

Advanced Practice Providers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial evaluations of patients with acute health issues.
  • Execute specified minor medical interventions as required.
  • Collect blood samples and assist in various departmental activities as directed by the department head.

Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a valid New York State registration as a Registered Physician Assistant and maintain certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association. A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a similar role is preferred.

Work Schedule:

This is a part-time position with night shifts scheduled from 6 PM to 7 AM.

Compensation:

The hourly wage ranges from $61.31 to $77.09, determined by the candidate's experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
