Lead Mechanical Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Gable Search Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanical engineers and contributing to the design and development of complex mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of mechanical engineers in the design and development of mechanical systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects
  • Develop and implement engineering solutions to meet client needs
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers to ensure their professional growth and development
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance professional growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Professional Engineering Registration
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Minimum of 5 years of consulting engineering experience in the Architectural/Engineering/Contractor Industry
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and plumbing engineering
  • Proficiency in International Building Code/International Mechanical Code
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Active involvement in industry associations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working collaboratively in team environments, demonstrating project management skills
  • Business development experience
