Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Creative Project Manager to join our team at The Judge Group. This role requires a deep understanding of customer experience transformation and the ability to drive innovation across company products.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to revolutionize customer experience and integrate research findings with business requirements to transform the user's mental model into a concept.
  • Deliver service improvements that enhance the customer experience and influence business and technology partners to support proposed improvements.
  • Monitor customer experience trends and impacts by conducting market research and analyzing industry benchmarks.
  • Backlog management, requirements prioritization, user story review, acceptance criteria writing, and test plan design.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated active participation in experience teams and a proven record of implementing innovative efforts to improve experience from concept to execution.
  • Experience with agile methodology and tools, as well as design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
