About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team in Miami, FL. This is a contract role with an estimated duration of 4-5 months and potential extension.

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating events, managing projects, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate events ranging from 10 to 500 people, ensuring smooth execution and attention to detail.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with vendors, bankers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully coordinating complex events and projects.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits
