Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team in Miami, FL. This is a contract role with an estimated duration of 4-5 months and potential extension.
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating events, managing projects, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate events ranging from 10 to 500 people, ensuring smooth execution and attention to detail.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with vendors, bankers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- 2+ years of experience in event planning, project management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully coordinating complex events and projects.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Our company offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
