Position Overview

Familiarity with public bidding processes and knowledge of Wick's Law is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in design and production activities for diverse architectural projects.
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables with strong organizational skills.
  • Conduct site visits and participate in project meetings as necessary.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural production or consulting.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is preferred.
  • Registered Architect in New York is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Comprehensive understanding of New York State building codes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project) is a plus.

Compensation Package

  • 5 - 10 years of experience: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
  • 10+ years of experience: $75,000 - $90,000 annually
