Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex wealth management banking credit and treasury management client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of credit policy, banking products, and risk management principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Manage complex client relationships, including credit and treasury management, and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Apply knowledge of credit policy, banking products, and risk management principles to serve clients effectively.
  • Responsible for cold calling and self-sourcing new relationships.
  • Structure and negotiate complex loan and/or lease agreements according to established guidelines.
  • Analyze and negotiate loan terms, including special pricing conditions and interest rates.
  • Oversee the preparation of documentation necessary for financing agreements.
  • Advise and consult with clients on Goals Driven Wealth Management.
  • Generate leads through established relationships with COIs and cultivate a network of additional COIs.
  • Carry out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional, and technically difficult.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of the banking industry, competition, and financing principles.
  • Knowledge of investments, trust, and financial consulting concepts.
  • Skills in negotiation, leadership, and sales.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years' experience in financial analysis and commercial credit.
  • Business Development experience.
  • May lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
