Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience: Execute a diverse range of guest activities suitable for both summer and winter seasons, with the objective of improving our overall guest experience.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task, with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Pool and Facility Management: Setting up chairs, loungers, and other pool furniture, maintaining high levels of cleanliness of pool, hot tub, change rooms, and gym areas.
- Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests to the pool area in a friendly manner, providing guests with towels, refreshments, and attending to their requests.
- Safety and Security: Advise guests and ensure rules and safety protocols are being followed, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and colleagues to provide seamless service to our guests.
- Inventory Management: Maintain the inventory and accessibility of equipment for guest usage.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and unsupervised, adapt to varying needs of hotel clientele, and identify opportunities to surprise and delight our guests.
