AWARE is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Program Supervisor to join our team in Helena, MT. As a key member of our school-based services team, you will be responsible for providing clinical program supervision to our programs, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of care and support for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, social work, or a related field, and at least one year of direct work experience. You will be licensed or licensable as an LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist, or any other such license as recognized and regulated in the State of Montana.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides clinical program supervision according to State of Montana administrative rules and corporate policy.
  • Coordinates skill-building activities.
  • Collaborates with supervisors, directors, staff physicians, and other pertinent professionals to plan and coordinate treatment.
  • Monitors, evaluates, and records progress of the person served with respect to treatment goals.
  • Participates in treatment team meetings concerning the persons served.

Requirements:

  • An advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • At least one (1) year direct work experience.
  • Must be licensed or licensable as an LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist, or any other such license as recognized and regulated in the State of Montana.
  • A clinical understanding of youth who are emotionally challenged and have learning differences.
  • An ability to assess youth and their families from a strength's perspective.
  • Ability to work with a variety of people using strong oral and written communication skills.
