Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor/Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCPC/LCSW) to join our team as a School-Based Services provider in Helena, MT. The successful candidate will provide clinical program supervision, coordinate skill-building activities, and collaborate with supervisors, directors, and other professionals to plan and coordinate treatment.
Responsibilities- Provides clinical program supervision according to State of Montana administrative rules and corporate policy.
- Coordinates skill-building activities.
- Collaborates with supervisors, directors, staff physicians, and other pertinent professionals to plan and coordinate treatment.
- Monitors, evaluates, and records progress of the person served with respect to treatment goals.
- Participates in treatment team meetings concerning the persons served.
- An advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- At least one (1) year direct work experience.
- Must be licensed or licensable as an LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist, or any other such license as recognized and regulated in the State of Montana.
- A clinical understanding of youth who are emotionally challenged and have learning differences.
- An ability to assess youth and their families from a strength's perspective.
- Ability to work with a variety of people using strong oral and written communication skills.
