Job Overview

This position resides in the Technology Services Division (TSD) of the Department of Revenue. The Miscellaneous Applications Supervisor supervises the Miscellaneous Applications Development team, analyzes and designs customized technology solutions based on business requirements, departmental needs, budgetary requirements, and user ability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and recommend solutions for technology development
  • Supervise the Miscellaneous Applications Development team
  • Design and implement customized technology solutions
  • Ensure data quality and technical assistance
  • Resolve problems related to computer applications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, engineering, or a closely related field
  • Five years of job-related experience as a software developer using advanced programming languages and database tools
  • Three years of experience in a lead role or management experience
  • Working knowledge of web applications, applications testing, and change control
