Job Summary

FASTSIGNS is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Sales Administrator to join our team. As the initial point of contact for current and prospective customers, you will play a critical role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
  • Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers by turning prospects into long-term clients
  • Handle project estimates, invoicing, and customer follow-up
Ideal Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Outgoing, responsive, and eager to learn with the ability to build relationships
  • Great listening and organization skills
  • Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
  • Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
  • Ability to work under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work
  • Ability to be agile in a competitive environment
