Job Title: Senior eCommerce Account Manager

Join INCPG as a Senior eCommerce Account Manager and take on the challenge of driving commercial operations and eTailer engagement for Kroger and its banners. Key Responsibilities:
  • Full ownership of Customer eCommerce P&L
  • Focus on optimizing Go To Market (GTM) for eTailers, business planning, and Terms & Conditions negotiation
  • Be proficient with tools & technology to win in eCommerce
  • Drive eVisibility by improving search relevance across customers
  • Understand and report on metrics & tracking, developing and tracking internal eCommerce scorecards for customers
  • Lead the implementation of all corrective actions with customers
  • Work with eCommerce Marketing Lead and eAnalytics lead on increasing conversion
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Account Management experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in an eCommerce environment
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Previous experience in a start-up environment is a plus
  • Ability and willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven record of marketing success, building brands, building market share, winning in the market through superior strategy, planning, and execution
  • Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
  • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
  • Direct responsibility for Customer Growth Strategy and Net Sales goals
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, advertising, search, Consumer Relationship Management, etc.
  • Understanding of media fundamentals and how to evaluate communication plans
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Experience working with agencies
