Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients throughout the implementation process
- Develop and oversee implementation schedules, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal timelines
- Work in partnership with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project completions within defined parameters
- Collect and configure necessary implementation specifications
- Engage in cross-departmental collaboration for smooth client transitions
- Deliver training on Grace Hill's software solutions
- Provide insights on survey implementation and industry best practices
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Strong communication abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Competence in MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated history of meeting deadlines and surpassing expectations
- Self-driven and innovative
- Experience in questionnaire design or the real estate sector is advantageous
- Willingness to travel occasionally may be necessary
