Survey Technician

Overview:
As a Survey Technician at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., you will be part of a survey field crew performing work on various construction projects. Your responsibilities will include performing topographic and boundary surveys, and construction stakeouts. You will apply surveying principles and practices, using modern survey equipment to gather data and prepare sketches. Additionally, you will operate instrumentation, clear brush, drive stakes, hold chains or rods, and record data as needed. This position will provide a foundation for further professional development as a land surveyor.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years related survey experience;
- Experience with Construction staking preferred;
- Experience with Trimble and Access;
- Ability to operate motorized equipment and possession of sufficient physical stamina to work outdoors under various field conditions;
- Valid Driver's License.
