Job Summary

The Conduct Specialist provides support to the student conduct administration, investigating, adjudicating, and resolving reports of misconduct and academic dishonesty. This role serves as a conduct administrator, member of the Behavior Assessment and Intervention Team, and facilitator of educational workshops and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and adjudicate reports of misconduct and academic dishonesty
  • Develop and facilitate educationally-based workshops and training sessions
  • Coordinate the management of cases and incident referrals using the Maxient database
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training or other outreach sessions for residence life staff, conduct officers, and hearing panel members
  • Monitor completion of conduct processes and track assigned outcomes
  • Assist in the development of educationally-based conduct outcomes and programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in college student personnel, student affairs, higher education administration, or related field
  • 1 year of experience working in student affairs, preferably in student conduct and/or residence life
  • Knowledge of Maxient software system and experience developing and facilitating training sessions and workshops
  • Experience as a University conduct officer and 1+ years' experience working in university student affairs, preferably in student conduct and/or residence life
