Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Student Learning: Provide guidance through workshops, remediation sessions, group tutorials, and one-on-one meetings to enhance course performance and foster a deeper understanding of ATI tools and resources.
  • Integrate Strategies for Success: Develop and implement methods to improve test-taking skills, study habits, and note-taking techniques, ensuring students are well-equipped to tackle challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with Faculty: Work closely with instructors to identify course weaknesses and develop innovative initiatives to address them, ensuring a seamless learning experience for our students.
  • Identify and Support Students at Risk: Utilize data tracking platforms to identify students who may be struggling and develop targeted interventions to help them overcome obstacles and achieve academic success.
  • Evaluate and Refine Strategies: Assess the effectiveness of course-specific persistence strategies and progress towards mutually established objectives, making data-driven decisions to optimize student support.
  • Stay Current and Informed: Participate in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest ideas, research, and best practices in student learning and persistence, enriching your knowledge and skills to better support our students.
Your Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience: Master's degree in nursing, education, or administration required; professional nurse licensure required; a minimum of two years as a Registered Nurse providing direct patient care or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS office products as needed; experience with online learning management systems to engage students and enhance the learning process.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with state, federal, and local laws and regulations related to programs, governmental compliance, and other regulatory standards such as state Board of Healthcare.
