Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Equus Workforce Solutions. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our programs and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive audits to ensure that programs and services are implemented at the highest standards.
  • Monitor and update policies and procedures to include regulatory changes.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement processes to enhance services.
  • Record, compile, and analyze performance and compliance information to ensure quality.
  • Review clinical assessment operational procedures and processes, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with program management using good judgment and diplomacy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Services, Care Management, or a related field.
  • Three years of direct customer service experience in a clinical or social service environment.
  • Experience in conducting quality assurance auditing activities preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong diligence to being detail-minded.
  • Experience with publicly/Federally funded programs, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
