We're seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to support our resort operations by maintaining and reporting service and quality deficiencies. This role is responsible for inspecting and evaluating guest units prior to occupancy to ensure established standards are met and exceeded in terms of cleanliness, inventory, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Document unit inspections and assist Houseman with supplies and inventory replacement as needed.
- Assist Housekeepers with cleaning rooms as needed due to time restraints.
- Communicate with rooms control/housekeeping coordinator on room status.
- Ability to handle stress and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to understand and speak basic English; bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Two years of housekeeping experience.
