**Job Summary**

As a Testing Specialist at Global Commerce and Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software applications. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our products meet and support the business needs of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and manage test scenarios, scripts, and validation methods to ensure the quality of our software applications.
  • Conduct internal and external customer meetings to brief on testing cycles, defect reporting, project milestones, and implementation timelines.
  • Identify and classify critical software defects to ensure quality product delivery to our customers.
  • Execute and evaluate test results to ensure that our software applications meet the required standards.
  • Assist with problem resolution by writing FOCUS and SQL queries or sweeps to identify affected employees.
  • Prepare analysis and design data for system changes in compliance with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Log scripts in a spreadsheet or test tool and track changes to the scripts.
  • Develop and update scripts to reflect new requirements.
  • Generate Defect Problem Reports and track issues to resolution.

**Requirements**

  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
