This role is ideal for a physician leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare. The position involves overseeing a dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual Salary: $260,000 to $275,000
- Paid Time Off: 160 hours (4 weeks)
- Personal Leave: 40 hours (1 week)
- Continuing Medical Education (CME): 40 hours (5 Days), with a budget of $3,000
- Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
- Life Insurance: 1.5 times the physician's salary
- Loan Repayment: NHSC assistance (up to $100,000)
- Disability Insurance: Short-Term and Long-Term options
