About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Sweden. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the Swedish market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prospect new accounts to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales
  • Manage customer portfolios to ensure optimal sales performance
  • Issue quotes, negotiate prices, and follow up on customer requests
  • Collaborate with our technical and quality team in China to ensure project success
  • Travel to visit customers and prospects to build relationships and identify new business opportunities

**Requirements:**

  • Sales training and/or a degree in Sales or International Trade
  • At least 5 years of experience in selling industrial products, preferably in the electronics industry
  • Effective territory management skills and knowledge of PCB is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with fluency in Swedish and English
  • High energy level, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Curious, pragmatic, and able to work on long cycles in project mode
  • Driving license required for travel
