Business Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team at LHC Group. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and directing the administrative support and non-clinical operations of the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain contracts, binders, and HR/medical files for all agency employees and contract staff in accordance with policy and applicable regulations.
  • Review, reconcile, and submit invoices to Home Office in accordance with LHC Group policy.
  • Perform and/or manage billing audits per policy and follow-up with corrections.
  • Manage clerical staff and manage all non-clinical workflow and process in the office.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of healthcare experience, or 3 years of experience in an office administration role, or a bachelor's degree.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication, and time management skills.
  • Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong process and people leadership abilities.
