We're a leading provider of food and facilities services in 15 countries around the world. As a Hospitality Worker II, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, has excellent communication skills, and can work well in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll be responsible for greeting and serving guests, booking reservations, and coordinating guest registrations. You'll also be handling cash and credit card transactions, answering phone calls and emails, and maintaining a positive attitude towards our guests. Salary Range:

$16.66-$16.84 per hour, depending on your skills and qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
  2. Book reservations, rentals, and coordinate registration
  3. Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions
  4. Answer phone calls and emails and deliver messages as needed
  5. Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
  6. Coordinate resolution of guest concerns
  7. Communicate closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

  • Previous guest services experience required
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
