We are currently looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our Radiology Team.

As a Client Relations Specialist within the Radiology Team, you will act as the primary point of contact for designated clients, collaborating with various Zotec departments to maximize Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) outcomes. Your role will involve engaging proactively with clients to define RCM objectives and expectations, delivering reimbursement insights, and generating management reports. You will also keep clients informed about industry and regulatory developments that may affect their practices, while highlighting Zotec's capabilities in addressing healthcare challenges through specialized processes and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of assigned clients' business requirements and RCM objectives.
  • Analyze RCM metrics to evaluate and enhance performance.
  • Facilitate client meetings to discuss RCM performance, industry trends, and provide guidance on business matters affecting their practices.
  • Educate client groups on the advantages, functionalities, and value propositions offered by Zotec.
  • Maintain proactive communication with client groups and relevant organizational departments regarding ongoing issues and opportunities, as well as the progress of special projects.
  • Keep the organization updated on client satisfaction and feedback, utilizing appropriate resources within Zotec to resolve any concerns.
  • Provide insights from client feedback to the organization, leveraging support from relevant resources within Zotec.
  • Notify the sales team of potential growth opportunities through referrals from existing clients.
  • Stay informed about MACRA, MIPS, and pertinent specialty topics to assist clients in navigating the evolving healthcare landscape.
  • Enhance industry knowledge through continuous education and regularly communicate the implications of industry developments and trends to client groups.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Accounting; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a medical billing client service role; experience in Radiology is advantageous.
  • Fundamental knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, and industry trends.
  • Ability to confidently interpret RCM data and convey results, trends, and opportunities to clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Capability to lead meetings with groups of physicians and practice stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
