We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director of Wellness Operations to oversee the sales and operations of our existing studio in downtown Charleston, as well as lead the opening of our new studio in Kiawah Island.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and engage studio staff to create a fun, caring, and professional company culture.
  • Provide leadership and drive development of staff.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service.

  • 2+ years of fitness sales experience or membership sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence.
