Work Schedule

Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 9:45 AM - 7 PM, Saturday 9:45 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 11:45 AM - 6 PM
Compensation: Hourly Rate + Commission
Benefits: Medical/Dental/Lunch Breaks
Preferred Experience: Sales background

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding service to patients and members.
  • Primary focus on acquiring memberships to achieve sales targets.
  • Welcome patients upon arrival and facilitate check-ins for chiropractic services.
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries.
  • Reconnect with inactive members.
  • Stay informed about membership options, packages, and promotions.
  • Support team objectives and foster positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
  • Confidently present and sell membership packages.
  • Communicate member concerns to management and adhere to established policies.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Accept constructive feedback positively and utilize it for growth.
  • Experience in office management or marketing is advantageous.
  • Capable of standing or sitting for extended periods.
  • Able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
