  • Assist the Plant Administrator with recruitment processes, including reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, and conducting DOT pre-employment requirements for truck drivers.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including setting up timecards, fobs, and training.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to Panera's record retention requirements.
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels by checking ingredients and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Process add-on orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers and vendors, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate with the FDF team regarding product shortages, add-ons, and special orders.
  • Reconcile cafe credit discrepancies and ensure accurate delivery records.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two to four years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Workday HRIS experience.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong customer service and telephone etiquette skills.
