- Communicate with the FDF team regarding product shortages, add-ons, and special orders.
- Reconcile cafe credit discrepancies and ensure accurate delivery records.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Workday HRIS experience.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong customer service and telephone etiquette skills.
- Office environment.
