Job Title: Recovery Specialist Supervisor

Meridian Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Recovery Specialist Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our recovery program, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our clients.

Job Summary:

The Recovery Specialist Supervisor will provide supervision, guidance, and support to our Recovery Specialists, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional care. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor Recovery Specialists to ensure they are meeting program standards and providing high-quality care.
  • Assist with daily management of the program, including scheduling, staffing, and client care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless care coordination and transitions.
  • Provide training and education to Recovery Specialists on best practices and new procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to Recovery Specialists.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client progress and program outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a behavioral health setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in behavioral health.
