Job Summary:

As an In-Home Support Professional, you will provide essential guidance, encouragement, and support to individuals with disabilities in their homes or communities. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships, promoting independence, and advocating for the needs of our clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, participating in training sessions, and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Successful completion of a background check and medication administration training.
  • Computer and math skills, as well as the ability to read, write, and solve problems.
  • Good decision-making skills and the ability to respond to emergency situations.
  • CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
