- Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls to negotiate payment or secure payment arrangements

- Collaborate with Client Support Representatives to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly phone, activity, and fee quotas
Requirements:
