About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Digital Health Technology team at ResMed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, tracking, and delivering complex programs of work in our agile Medical Software Development environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with teams across the Digital Platform Engineering group to increase the speed of innovation through platforms that enable seamless development and management of intelligent digital services.
  • Manage complex, high-impact programs related to Data, Analytics, Data Governance, Cloud Capabilities, Security and Privacy by Design, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and sponsors in the AI/ML, Product Development, and other groups across multiple geographies.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of value to end customers.
  • Work with data analysts and data scientists to enable data and AI/ML capability and products.
  • Manage and optimize the flow of work using agile principles, facilitate planning sessions, and other agile activities.
  • Ensure team alignment with commitments to the businesses and sync points with other teams.
  • Manage risks and issues, and be accountable for escalating as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 4+ years of Program Management experience working directly with multiple agile teams.
  • Experience managing programs/projects in highly matrixed agile software development cultures.
  • Experience managing data projects, including data ingestion, analytics, and governance.
  • Experience partnering with data scientists.
  • Experience working in a modern cloud-based software product development environment, with cloud native AWS experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PSM I or CSM.
  • PMP.
  • Practical experience and working knowledge of full cycle DevOps teams.
  • Familiarity with agile software development tools such as Jira.
  • Experience with scaling agile teams.
  • Experience working with medical devices or a regulated environment.

Employees accrue three weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days, and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

Base Pay Range for this position: $130,000 - $194,000.

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based on the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
