- Collect and analyze data related to the specialized patient population.
- Coordinate patient care for post-hospitalization and discharge planning.
- Promote professional development through attending inservices and presentations.
- Graduation from a state-accredited school of professional nursing.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Five (5) years of professional nursing experience.

This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, with flexible Monday-Friday shifts to support work-life balance.
