Orthopedic Sales Consultant

Join ATEC Spine as a Sales Representative and play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives. In this position, you will be tasked with crafting and executing effective sales strategies aimed at meeting quotas and expanding our market presence in designated regions, healthcare facilities, and among targeted medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand business operations within assigned territories
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
- Work closely with sales leadership to define and implement territory sales strategies
- Address customer inquiries and challenges in alignment with company policies
- Build and nurture relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders in target accounts, ensuring satisfaction through effective management of the sales order process
- Maintain accurate account records and report activities as per company requirements
- Adhere to ATEC training protocols and complete annual certifications
- Manage product shipping timelines and ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Engage in sales meetings, industry conventions, and other relevant events as required
- Utilize analytics and technology to enhance business decision-making
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Willingness to adhere to commercial policies, including participation in annual training and certification
- Strong business insight and operational knowledge
- Familiarity with orthopedic medical devices and standard operating room practices; experience in spine is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated individual capable of setting and achieving ambitious goals
- Collaborative team player focused on achieving results
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in spine and/or orthopedic sales
- Previous sales experience is advantageous
