SoC Productization Engineering Program Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Engineering Program Manager to join our team in Cupertino, California. As an Engineer Program Manager for SoC Productization, you will be responsible for working closely with our Product Engineering, Test, and DFT teams to ensure the successful launch of new products and the mass production support of high-volume SoCs powering our world-class product lines.
Key ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities of the role include:
- Interface and drive closure of critical silicon issues with multi-functional teams to enable successful SoC mass production ramp.
- Enable tight collaboration between DFT, Product Engineering, Test, Quality, Silicon Validation, Material Management, and Systems teams during NPI to finalize SoC performance targets and screen requirements.
- Drive simple and effective processes from past lessons learned to avoid quality and execution issues early in the development cycle.
- Disciplined issue tracking, organizing, and reporting of program risks, status, and options for resolution to executive management.
- Rapidly synthesize and communicate findings to senior leaders and proactively identify and resolve potential supply issues that can affect product strategy.
